Most domestic wall-mounted split systems fall under permitted development, but listed buildings and conservation areas may need approval. We will advise you during the survey and can provide documentation if required.

We recommend an annual service for domestic systems and at least one service per year — often two — for commercial systems. Regular servicing keeps efficiency high, warranties valid and energy bills low.

We install, repair, service and replace gas boilers, combi boilers, system boilers and regular boilers. We also diagnose faults, carry out powerflushing and upgrade heating controls.

Gas boilers should be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer to maintain safety, efficiency and manufacturer warranty. We issue a Gas Safety Record after every service.

An air source heat pump extracts heat from the outside air to heat your home and hot water. It runs on electricity and can be 3–4 times more efficient than a traditional gas boiler, especially when paired with good insulation.

We accept bank transfer and most major debit and credit cards. Payment terms are set out clearly in your quote, typically with a deposit on booking and the balance on completion.

We do not provide in-house finance, but we can split larger projects into staged payments tied to milestones. Speak to us if you would like to discuss a payment schedule.

Warranty depends on the product: manufacturer warranties typically range from 2 to 7 years for boilers and air conditioning units, and our workmanship is backed by a 12-month guarantee. We register warranties and provide all paperwork.

Yes. We offer annual service plans for air conditioning, boilers and heat pumps. Regular servicing keeps your system efficient, safe and valid under manufacturer warranty.
