These Terms govern your use of the AM Heating & Renewable website ("the site") and the basis on which we provide quotes, surveys and installation services. By using the site or requesting a quote you accept these Terms.

Aleksander Maku, trading as AM Heating & Renewable, a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom. We are a family-run heating, plumbing and HVAC installer providing services across London and surrounding areas. Contact: info@amrenewableheating.co.uk · 07875 084694. We are Gas Safe registered (no. 223500), F-Gas certified and REFCOM registered.

2. Use of this website

The information on this site is for general information about our services. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties of any kind regarding completeness, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

You may use this site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute material from the site without our written permission.
All trademarks, logos, photographs and content remain the property of AM Heating & Renewable or their respective owners.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the site (including any promotional offers, e.g. £1,495) are indicative starting prices and depend on a site survey.
A formal written quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
No contract is formed until you accept a written quote in writing or by email and we confirm it.

4. Installation services

All installation work is carried out in accordance with current UK regulations including Gas Safe, IET Wiring Regulations, F-Gas Regulation (EC) No 517/2014 and relevant Building Regulations. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install are passed to you and registered on your behalf where applicable.

5. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer (not buying as a business), you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price where not agreed. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

For services arranged off-premises (e.g. in your home), you generally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within that period and then cancel, you may have to pay for work already done.

6. Payment

Payment terms are set out in the written quote. Unless agreed otherwise, the balance is payable on completion of works. We accept bank transfer; we do not store payment card details on this site.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

9. Complaints

If something isn't right, please contact us at info@amrenewableheating.co.uk and we will respond promptly. Gas-related complaints can also be raised with the Gas Safe Register.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when changes were made. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
